All of these attributes are due, in part, to the colourful clash between the cultures, cuisines and drinking habits of South America and Japan that inspire the restaurant throughout.

Expect an open kitchen with a Japanese Fire and Robata Chargrill producing the likes of; corn & lime tortillas with sweet potato, sesame and Rocoto pepper Queso; Grilled miso salmon with sweet potato puree, coriander, Choclo, Yuzu & Aji Panca soy; or braised sticky short rib (beef) with quinoa lime picante, Ama Su roots and Teriyaki padron peppers...
