Good Food Catford is an independent Deli and grocery store in Sydenham, South London.

Good Food was made possible by a successful crowdfunding campaign and has since established itself as source of local, organic and feel-good produce. In addition to the local produce offering, the businesses is legally structured as a social enterprise meaning the shop and deli are on a mission to provide value for society, rather than for the business’s shareholders.

“We want to do our bit to make the food industry more fair and sustainable and make local food affordable and accessible to everyone.”

With big ambitions and an evident appetite for revolutionising the way we eat, Good Food and the fantastic team behind it truly are an asset to the local community. With plans to support local food banks and to offer work experience and apprenticeships to young people, the Good will no doubt be felt even if you haven’t eaten any of the Food.

With an aim to provide the highest quality produce at everyday prices, Good Food are spearheading a reconnaissance mission for our once-thriving high streets and hope that like minded entrepreneurs will follow suit and set up a network of similar shops across London and we wish them all the best!
